Refund Policy
At Olgha Nk, every project is created with care and attention to each client's creative vision.
Because we provide custom creative services and digital products, our refund policy differs depending on the type of purchase.
1. Custom Music & Vocal Services
This includes services such as:
Custom vocals
Harmonies
Original songs
Film scoring
Music commissions
Bespoke creative projects
Because these services are created specifically for each client, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
To ensure client satisfaction, reasonable revisions agreed upon during the project will be provided before the project is considered complete.
If Olgha Nk is unable to complete the agreed project, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on the work already completed.
2. Digital Products
This includes downloadable products such as vocal packs, harmonies, and other digital files.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
However, refunds or replacements may be considered if:
the incorrect file was delivered,
the file is technically defective and cannot be replaced,
duplicate payment was made in error.
3. Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a custom project after work has begun, payments already made are generally non-refundable.
If work has not yet started, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
